One of DOA’s main goals is to ensure our systems are as simple and easy to use as possible to save brokers time. Over our 28-year history, we have continued to innovate and developed what we believe are some of the best systems in the insurance space today.
This year, DOA restructured its web development areas into a brand-new Tech and Innovations team! The Tech and Innovations team are dedicated to enhancing our many bespoke online platforms including SunWorld, Excess Liabilities and Leisure Equipment Hirers to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
Our investment and continual development in insurance-technology solutions are designed to complement and supplement our experienced underwriters rather than replace them, enabling doa to provide the very best client journey and underwriting solutions to Insurers, brokers, and their customers.

Having the ability to develop bespoke in-house applications has allowed DOA to thrive since its creation in 1996 and dedicate more time to supporting our broker and insurer partners.
