What is SunWorld Travel Insurance?

SunWorld is an innovative online travel insurance facility designed by DOA. It was one of the first online travel platforms, dedicated to the UK insurance broker market.

All SunWorld Travel policies are underwritten by A-rated insurers and have experienced travel administrators based in the UK available to help on freephone: 0800 389 5904

Customers who have serious pre-existing medical conditions can view a directory of specialist Travel Insurance providers on the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) website here or call 0800 138 7777.

SunWorld Travel offers brokers a streamlined policy issue process that’s fast, efficient and user-friendly. The cutting-edge PDF software instantly creates schedules, IPID and certificate documents that can be issued to your customers in a matter of moments.

SunWorld Travel includes an Annual Multi-Trip renewal function, Saved Quotes, Re-Screen Medical Conditions, Email Quotes and Monthly Statements. You can rest assured that your client’s travel insurance needs are taken care of with SunWorld.

In addition to our exceptional service, we also provide brokers with valuable marketing materials and training, as well as important AXA directives about global events via our Notice Board and Client Information dashboard.

  • Additional trip benefits include winter sports, golf coverage, cruise advantages, and diverse sports and activities
  • 24/7 emergency medical assistance available for continuous support
  • Wider appetite covering high-risk medical clients with complex pre-existing conditions

Please note that our policies are not suited for professional sports or entertainment providers and those engaged in manual labour.

How to get started on SunWorld Travel?

To get access to SunWorld Travel Insurance, you will first need an agency with DOA. Please see our agency application page to complete an agency request form.

Once your application has been approved, our travel experts will send your login details for you to sign in and start using the SunWorld Travel system.
