2022 was another great year for DOA. Many of our long-term projects were successfully completed and our family-run business continued to grow in its 27th year.
Another year of record growth
Year after year, DOA continues to flourish as it’s done so since its creation in 1996.
We had overall growth of 48% in 2022. Each department had tremendous growth with the Travel and Health team up 160%, the Commercial team at 35% and the Financial Professions team at 15% respectively.
The DOA family continues to grow
The DOA team grew in 2022 expanding from 53 members to 63 by December 31st!
To make room, DOA finally completed its ambitious long-term project and moved to a brand new purpose-built office. Located in Great Notley, Braintree, this impressive new facility will be the proud new home for the DOA team.
A “new” DOA
A new DOA for new offices. In December 2022 we unveiled a fully redesigned website and company branding. Creating a brand identity that appropriately reflects our forward-facing family-run business was extremely important for us to get right, and we feel we’ve done just that!
The new DOA logo represents the family-run business and a passion for building a community for our broker and insurer partners with a modern approach and traditional values! The new website also helps convey our message that we are adding value to our partners through expertise, passion, and technology.
We also achieved further, and well deserved, industry recognition in 2022 winning the Insurance Times Tech and Innovation Award for best Broker Service. Along with this, we also celebrated achieving a 4.71 score out of 5 in the Insurance Times MGA Survey!
Despite all of the above, DOA are looking to make 2023 an even bigger and better year!
