DOA continues to grow
2023 was an incredible year for DOA. We have now been in our new office for over a year, have added 7 new team members and the business has grown by 16%.

Achieving Milestones
In 2024, we successfully concluded numerous milestone projects, further elevating our products and systems for the benefit of our valued broker and insurer partners.
SunWorld Extra Upgrade
SunWorld Extra received an upgrade this year which saw a new capacity provider in Canopius Managing Agents Ltd – Syndicate 4444.
SunWorld can now automatically quote standard declined policies on SunWorld Extra, streamlining everything into one system.
Designed and exclusive for the Broker Market – SunWolrd Extra provides Leisure Travel Insurance from A-rated underwriters including any age for Single trip and Annual trip, with flexible commissions and flexible limits of cover.
B2C Rebrand
The Tech and Innovations Team launched a huge upgrade to our B2C Travel system after 18 months of research, development and rigorous testing to ensure the new system worked flawlessly.
B2C is an online quote-and-buy system that allows brokers to have a white-labelled website where clients can transact travel insurance online with minimal interaction from the broker.
The new features included:
- Mobile-Friendly Functionality
- 24/7 Access to Full Documents Suite
- Comprehensive Reporting Feature
- API Integration for Major Brands
- Apple Pay and Google Pay

Management Liability Product
The Commercial team successfully added an MLP bolt-on product providing D&O, Corporate Legal Liability and Employment Practices Liability to our Property Owners scheme.
The system provides an auto quote where the proposer is eligible and allows the broker to tailor the cover with limits from £100,000 to £5,000,000.
Other advantages brokers gain include:
- Suitable for 1-250 properties, encompassing both Residential and Commercial.
- Premiums start from just £126.50 + IPT.
- Access Employment Practices Liability coverage at £25 + IPT per employee.
