Broker service was the founding principal at DOA and has proved to be the key ingredient in building DOA over its 28-year history.
Insurance Times said, “The judges were impressed by the level of tech on display, as well as the simplicity of the solution it delivered to provide a great level of service to their broker partners.”
The Managing General Agents Association (MGAA) and DOA have been partners for many years. Our managing director, David Oliver, was an original founding member of the MGAA when the non-profit group was first founded in 2011.
