We understand that having a claim can be stressful for policyholders, so to afford you the best service, when your policyholder notifies you of a new claim, please refer to the following downloadable claims form in either PDF or Word Format:
We would ask that when taking any information from the policyholder in the initial call or email, please always remind the insured not to admit liability if there is a third party involved.
In respect of a property claim, please ask the insured to obtain two estimates where possible and to take pictures of the damage and return them to you as soon as possible.
We understand that estimates cannot always be obtained immediately, so if the images are available and the claims form is complete, please send these to us so we can notify insurers of the loss. Insurers can decide whether an adjuster is needed without the estimates being present, which will ensure the claim is processed as quickly as possible.

Here are some helpful claims tips:
- Take pictures of the damage as soon as possible.
- In case of a water leak, locate the leak and turn off the water, or arrange for a plumber to do so.
- In the event of a break-in, notify the police immediately. If necessary to safeguard property, arrange for boarding up broken glass/doors to prevent further loss.
