Claims Information

You should always contact your insurance broker directly to discuss any claims.

We understand that having a claim can be stressful for you, so to afford you the best service, please refer to the following downloadable claims form in either PDF or Word Format:

Please do not admit liability if there is a third party involved.

In respect of a property claim, please obtain two estimates where possible and take pictures of the damage and return them to your broker as soon as possible.

We understand that estimates cannot always be obtained immediately, so if the images are available and the claims form is complete, please send these to your broker so insurers can be notified of the loss. Insurers can decide whether an adjuster is needed without the estimates being present, which will ensure the claim is processed as quickly as possible.

Here are some helpful claims tips:

  • Take pictures of the damage as soon as possible.
  • In case of a water leak, locate the leak and turn off the water, or arrange for a plumber to do so.
  • In the event of a break-in, notify the police immediately. If necessary to safeguard property, arrange for boarding up broken glass/doors to prevent further loss.
